Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Electronics Hardware Developer to design and verify electronic circuits and hardware. The role covers schematic design, floor plan and layout in Altium, as well as hands-on laboratory work such as building prototypes and verification measurements. You will work in a self-managed way while collaborating closely with the team. You will also apply your EMC knowledge to design protection and to solve issues.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and verify electronic circuits, including schematics, floorplans, and layouts using Altium, while applying EMC knowledge for protection and troubleshooting.
• Perform hands-on laboratory work, including soldering, prototype building, verification testing, and assembling or testing full lock case products in a self-managed, team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of solid experience as an Electronics Hardware Developer at senior level.
• Solid experience with Altium, covering circuit design, schematic design, floorplan and layout.
• Proven experience in laboratory work, including soldering, verification measurements and building prototypes.
• EMC understanding: design protection and solving issues.
• Hands-on work capability: assembling, disassembling and testing full lock case products.
• Wider technical understanding, including mechanical and firmware (FW).

• Self-managed, able to work independently.
• Strong team-working skills.
