The Role
The Senior Assessor/Facilitator will be responsible for leading virtual assessment center sessions for Early Careers hiring programs, including Interns, Apprentices, and Graduates. The individual will own the end-to-end assessment experience, ensuring a seamless process, high candidate engagement, and exceptional candidate experience throughout the assessment journey.
This is a fixed-term opportunity providing 2-4 months with possibility to extend.
Key Accountabilities
Assessment Centre Leadership
- Take ownership of assigned assessment center sessions from start to finish.
- Welcome candidates and provide an overview of the assessment process.
- Conduct attendance checks and ensure candidates are prepared for assessment activities.
- Lead assessment center sessions in a professional and engaging manner.
- Facilitate candidate interviews and assessment activities using TopScore and related assessment tools.
Candidate Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during assessment centres.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for all participants.
- Drive candidate engagement throughout the session.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining assessment integrity and consistency.
Assessment Delivery
- Evaluate and assess candidates against defined competency frameworks.
- Accurately record assessment outcomes and observations.
- Follow assessment methodologies, scoring criteria, and compliance standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Early Careers Recruitment teams across multiple locations.
- Support post-assessment discussions and assessment calibration activities.
- Collaborate with facilitators and wider recruitment teams to ensure smooth delivery of assessment centers
Skills & Requirements
Must Haves-
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable engaging with candidates throughout the day.
- Strong candidate-centric mindset with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Nice to Haves-
- Experience in Early Careers, Campus, Graduate, Apprentice, or Intern Recruitment.
- Proven experience facilitating assessment centers and/or conducting candidate assessments and interviews.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, selection, and assessment methodologies.
- Experience working with assessment platforms such as TopScore.
