At Greenvolt, we are looking for a Business Transformation Associate to support the identification, planning, and execution of business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group. This role will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, driving process standardization, promoting digital adoption, and strengthening organizational effectiveness through close collaboration with business and technology teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in process analysis, design, and governance, supporting the development and maintenance of a centralized repository of business processes, policies, procedures, and operational documentation. The role will also contribute to embedding best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting Greenvolt's transformation journey as the organization continues to grow and evolve.
Requirements Key Responsibilities:
- Support the identification, prioritization, and execution of business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyse, map, model, and document business processes using process management best practices.
- Identify process improvement, standardization, and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the development, review, and maintenance of processes, policies, procedures, manuals, and governance documentation.
- Manage and maintain the centralized process repository, ensuring process information remains accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, validate processes, and identify transformation opportunities.
- Support the planning, monitoring, and reporting of transformation initiatives, including roadmaps, milestones, risks, and KPIs.
- Drive the adoption of process management methodologies, digital tools, and new ways of working across the organization.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and communication materials to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Economics, or similar fields.
- Previous experience (1–3 years) in project management, process management, consulting, transformation, continuous improvement, or similar roles.
- Strong interest and aptitude for digital tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, project management, process management tools, reporting, or automation tools).
- Good organizational, analytical, and information-structuring skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
