Logistics Specialist

Your Job As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods across domestic and international supply chains. You will coordinate transportation activities, support customs clearance processes, and work closely with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure timely material deliveries that support business operations.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods across domestic and international supply chains. What You Will Do

• Coordinate domestic and international transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Collaborate with customs agencies and logistics partners to support import and export operations.
• Monitor supply chain activities and proactively identify risks that could impact delivery performance.
• Manage returnable packaging flows and support production requirements through effective inventory coordination.
• Prepare logistics and customs-related reports that support operational and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and transportation providers to drive efficient logistics solutions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or currently pursuing higher education in Logistics.
• Proven experience in a Logistics Specialist or similar logistics-focused role.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and import/export processes.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience working with international transportation providers and customs agencies.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience preparing reporting for INTRASTAT, GUS, or similar regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify and mitigate logistics risks.
