Join Major Substation Projects in Finland and Sweden!
We are currently looking for several experienced Senior Site Managers and Site Managers (Electrical) to join our customer’s high-profile substation projects in Finland and Sweden. These are long-term assignments offering the opportunity to work on technically demanding projects within the rapidly growing power and energy sector.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience working with electrical substations, powerplants or industrial installations with high-voltage (HV) or medium-voltage (MV) systems
- Proven experience in site management within industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish or Swedish language skills are considered an advantage
- Finnish S1 or Swedish A-authorization is beneficial
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a project environment
