The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
As a Logistics Marketplace Specialist EMEA, you will play a critical role in supporting Stokke's Ecommerce and marketplace growth strategy across the EMEA region. With a primary focus on Amazon FBA and FBM operations, you will ensure efficient logistics execution, optimize marketplace supply chain performance, and contribute to delivering an exceptional consumer experience.

Agility, Speed & Execution
This is a B2C-focused logistics role responsible for supporting marketplace and Ecommerce operations across EMEA. Working closely with Ecommerce, Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and external logistics partners, you will drive operational excellence, support growth initiatives, and continuously improve logistics processes that support our marketplace business.
Main Responsibilities
Marketplace & Ecommerce Logistics Operations
- Manage and support third-party warehouse operations serving Stokke's marketplace and Ecommerce business across EMEA.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency.
- Act as a key operational contact for marketplace logistics activities, including Amazon FBA and FBM operations.
- Monitor operational performance and resolve logistics issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Inventory & Performance Management
- Monitor inventory levels across marketplace-related warehouses and take proactive action to maintain agreed KPIs.
- Support management of returns, rework, scrapping, dead stock, and capacity planning activities.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues related to B2C logistics and transportation partners.
- Manage supplier invoicing processes and support logistics cost control activities.
Continuous Improvement & Project Management
- Identify opportunities to improve Ecommerce transportation and B2C logistics processes.
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support new logistics initiatives and services.
- Lead or support implementation projects that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Document logistics processes, solutions, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and transportation partners to ensure strong service performance.
- Support SLA management and commercial discussions with relevant logistics suppliers.
- Partner closely with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Ecommerce teams to support business objectives.
- Support the sourcing and onboarding of new logistics suppliers and services that enable future growth.
Forecasting, Reporting & Compliance
- Support logistics forecasting and reporting in collaboration with commercial and customer service teams.
- Contribute to Ecommerce and marketplace development projects alongside the Stokke Ecommerce team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including customs, Intrastat, and environmental reporting where applicable.

Experience & Skills
- Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Experience supporting Ecommerce, marketplace, or direct-to-consumer logistics operations.
- Knowledge of Amazon FBA, FBM, or marketplace logistics operations is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in project management and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across international teams.
- Fluent in English.
