Experienced Strategy Consultant

Help shape how technology and AI create value for Danske Bank.

Technology and AI are increasingly shaping how Danske Bank delivers value to customers, supports colleagues and executes on its strategic ambitions. As our new experienced Strategy Consultant, you will help senior leaders navigate complex choices by providing perspectives, analyses and recommendations that support both current priorities and future strategic ambitions.

You will join the T&S Strategy team, where we work closely with the T&S Leadership Team, Group Strategy and senior stakeholders across the bank. Together, we facilitate strategic planning, investment prioritisation and executive discussions, helping ensure that technology, AI and broader business considerations are reflected in the bank's most important decisions.

From annual business reviews and strategic investment choices to group-wide strategy discussions, you will help bring clarity, challenge, and a holistic perspective to topics that matter for the future of Danske Bank.

What you will be doing

In this role, you will work on some of the most important strategic topics across Technology & Services and the wider bank.

Your

responsibilities

will

include

:

• Supporting executive decision-making through analyses, recommendations and leadership materials.
• Facilitating strategic planning and investment prioritisation processes, including annual business reviews.
• Designing and leading workshops, strategy discussions and governance forums for senior stakeholders.
• Representing Technology & Services in group-wide strategy processes and contributing technology perspectives to strategic discussions.
• Bringing together insights and inspiration from across the bank, peers and the broader market to help inform decisions and challenge existing perspectives.

What we are looking for

We imagine that you:

• Bring extensive experience from strategy consulting, corporate strategy or a similar advisory role (+5 years).
• Excel at structuring complex problems and translating analysis into clear recommendations for

decision-makers

.

• Can connect business and technology perspectives to form a holistic view and guide strategic discussions.
• Are a confident facilitator and trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across organisational boundaries and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Are curious about how technology, including AI, can enable business ambition and long-term value creation.
