Your Role

As a Chauffeur / Delivery Driver, you are the face of Benzies Connect. You are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parcels, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. Working in a dynamic environment, you will operate modern delivery vehicles, follow optimized routes, and contribute to our reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vans and light commercial vehicles.
• Deliver and collect parcels according to planned routes and schedules.
• Ensure all parcels are scanned, handled, and delivered accurately.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Load and unload parcels efficiently while following safe lifting practices.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service during every delivery.
• Follow all traffic regulations, company procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
• Keep your vehicle clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
• Represent Benzies Connect professionally at all customer locations.

What We Are Looking For

• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good driving record and strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically fit and able to handle parcel deliveries throughout the day.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Previous experience in parcel delivery or transport is an advantage but not required.
