About Position

We are seeking a skilled Level 2 (L2) Support Engineer to join our team, providing second-line support for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1 engine) and Cognos Controller on Cloud. This role is crucial in resolving model, calculation, data-load, and access incidents within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLA). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, along with a solid understanding of ITIL incident handling.

What You'll Do

• Triage and resolve TM1 cube, rule/feeder, and TurboIntegrator (TI) process failures.
• Investigate data-load, currency-translation, and reconciliation errors during planning and close cycles.
• Manage user access, security groups, and roles in Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Cognos Controller.
• Document root causes, maintain runbooks, and escalate engine defects to Level 3 (L3) / IBM Support.

Mandatory Skills

• Proficiency in TM1 rules & feeders
• Experience with TI scripting
• Familiarity with PAW/PAX
• Strong knowledge of MDX
• MS Excel reporting skills
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience in finance domain (FP&A/consolidation)
• Incident Handling experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based solutions
• Knowledge of data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
