At Everllence, we are creating The Valley, our next-generation production facility, and we are looking for a Project Manager Digitalization to help make it happen. Together with colleagues from around the world, you will drive Industry 4.0 initiatives, connect machines and systems, and contribute to one of the most exciting manufacturing transformation projects in our company.

You will play an important role in:
- Drive Industry 4.0 and shopfloor digitalization projects across production and maintenance environments
- Implement machine connectivity solutions using technologies such as OPC UA, sensors, industrial networks, and production data systems
- Define technical requirements for machinery, automation equipment, and IT/OT systems
- Coordinate activities with production, maintenance, IT, engineering teams, and external suppliers
- Evaluate suppliers, provide technical expertise during equipment and system selection, and support commissioning, run-in, and ramp-up of new equipment and digital solutions
- Lead change initiatives on the shopfloor, including workshops and training activities
- Improve process performance through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement
We imagine that you:
- Are curious about how machines, sensors, and data can be used to improve manufacturing performance
- Translate complex digitalization challenges into practical solutions that create value on the shopfloor
- Collaborate effectively across production, maintenance, engineering, and IT to achieve shared goals
- Have experience driving technical projects from idea through implementation and adoption
- Are motivated by the opportunity to help build the digital backbone of a brand-new factory
- Have practical experience with Industry 4.0, machine connectivity, production data acquisition, or similar manufacturing digitalization initiatives
- Bring a technical background in Automation, Industrial IT, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Are comfortable working both in project meetings and on the shopfloor. You are able to work hands-on with machinery, connect and test sensors, validate machine connectivity, collect technical data, and support the implementation of digital manufacturing solutions
- Communicate confidently in English and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and partners from different countries and cultures
