We combine deep local market knowledge with an international outlook, working with our own development projects as well as premium resale listings. Our structure goes beyond sales — with a dedicated after-sales department covering rentals, furnishing, and property care, we build long-term relationships with our clients, not one-off transactions.

We are looking for a senior real estate professional who already operates at this level and is ready to take ownership of an international client base.

This role is for you if:
› You have a proven track record selling real estate on the Costa del Sol, ideally at senior or lead-agent level
› You are fluent in English (mandatory) — Spanish, Polish, or other languages are a strong asset
› You are experienced working with international buyers
› You are self-driven, disciplined, and focused on results — not excuses
› You're a freelancer ready to work within a structured agency — or an established agent looking for a better environment

What You'll Do
› Guide clients through the full purchase journey — from first contact to completion
› Conduct property viewings and lead commercial negotiations
› Match clients' investment goals with the right properties from our portfolio
› Collaborate with our in-house marketing and rentals department
› Build and grow your own client network in an international market
