Senior PLM Solution Specialist - 3DEXPERIENCE

We are looking for a Senior PLM Solution Specialist - 3DEXPERIENCE to join a global company in Gothenburg.

You will act as a bridge between business and IT, supporting use case development, solution design, testing, and stakeholder collaboration, while helping to drive the adoption of 3DEXPERIENCE in hardware development.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business representatives within hardware development

Capture and refine requirements and use cases

Support solution design discussions within 3DEXPERIENCE

Validate solutions against business needs

Plan and execute testing activities

Coach and support team members learning 3DEXPERIENCE

Mandatory Skills

Extensive hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE

Strong understanding of PLM processes within hardware/product development

Experience translating business requirements into use cases and solution requirements

Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions

Experience working closely with both business and development teams

Experience in solution validation and testing

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have Skills

Teamcenter experience

Experience from large-scale PLM transformation programs

Experience from the automotive industry

Experience working in global organizations

Experience with change management and user adoption

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of PLM experience. Preferred: 5+ years within PLM and 3+ years working with 3DEXPERIENCE.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso. Start is September 2026**.** This is a 10-month limited contract with the possibility of extension. This role is 100% onsite in Torslanda, Gothenburg.
