Senior AI-Driven Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join a team building internal tools that help marketing teams plan smarter across global and local markets. You will own features end-to-end, working across the full stack and integrating AI capabilities into real product surfaces. The role combines traditional full-stack development (frontend, backend, database, Azure cloud, API integrations) with the daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot as a core part of how software is designed, written, and shipped.

You'll own features end-to-end — from talking to stakeholders to writing code to watching it go live. You'll work across the full stack, integrate AI capabilities into real product surfaces, and help define how the team builds and scales its development practices as it grows. We move fast, ship to production, and are looking for someone who wants to work that way too.

Requirements Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping real products as a full-stack developer
• Experience building and deploying web applications end-to-end (frontend + backend + database + Azure cloud + API integrations)
• Comfortable with relational databases and takes schema changes seriously
• Uses AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) as a genuine accelerator
• Able to read AI-generated code critically and catch what it gets wrong
• Asks questions early and documents what is built
• Maintains the products built

• Prior experience specifically with Claude Code in a production workflow
