Core Responsibilities
As our Senior Digital Enablement Manager in Billund, you'll sit within the Transition & Portfolio Office and focus on helping Business Service Operations (BSO) adopt and use digital end-user tools effectively, consistently, and in line with agreed standards. You will work wi th help ing colleagues spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time creating value. You will also connect with Product Managers to ensure end-user experiments remain separated from formally developed product solutions. To achieve this, you will :
- Launch a digital enablement community that accelerates AI and productivity tool adoption by enabling individuals to experiment and integrate them into their personal work tasks, outside core business processes.
- Shape governance, guidance and standards for effective and responsible end-user technology use.
- Develop training program s that help colleagues confidently use Copilot , GenAI , Power Automate and other low - code/ no - code solutions .
- Partner with super users across BSO to share knowledge, solve challenges and improve ways of working.
- Run engagement activities that help teams build, rebuild and inspire new approaches to individual productivity.
- Facilitate super user forums, encouraging knowledge sharing, feedback loops and practical examples of a digital mindset across BSO.
- Assess emerging digital opportunities and usage patterns, helping teams identify where technology can create value safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment and clear distinction between end-user experimentation and formally developed product solutions. This role is based in Billund and no relocation support is offered for this role.

The role sits in the Transition & Portfolio Office, a team that helps BSO realize value through transitions, digital enablement and portfolio governance. You'll be the dedicated digital enablement specialist in a team of f ive , working closely with super users and colleagues across a 700-person organization while supporting a broader productivity agenda linked to future growth plans.
Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive e xperience using and explaining technologies such as Copilot, GenAI , Power Automate or similar digital tools.
- Comfortable planning independently, setting direction and turning ideas into practical actions.
- Experience delivering training, change management activities and adoption program s.
- Ab ility to translate technical concepts into clear, relatable messages for different audiences.
- Curiosity about how technology shapes people, processes and future organizational capabilities.
