Product Owner – Digital

We are looking for…

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for two development teams, with a primary focus on one team that delivers backend services powering the client’s digital customer channels. These services are critical to the stability, performance, scalability, and continuous improvement of the bank’s digital ecosystem.

You will join a department that owns and operates the digital channels, including the mobile app and online banking platforms that serve millions of customer interactions every day.

As Product Owner, you will define and communicate product priorities, maximize delivered value, and ensure alignment between business objectives, technology strategy, and team execution. You are expected to make informed prioritization decisions, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide clear direction on what should be delivered and why. This role is not focused on facilitating Scrum ceremonies or detailed task management; instead, it requires strong product ownership, value-driven decision-making, and active stakeholder management.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile software development environment.
• Proven experience working on digital customer channels such as mobile applications, online platforms, digital products, or customer-facing services.
• Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs for software engineering teams.
• Experience working closely with technical stakeholders and development teams delivering backend or platform capabilities.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
