About the role

As Junior Group Internal Auditor, you will gain a unique insight into every aspect of Refresco's business. From visiting production sites across Europe and North America to working alongside senior business leaders, you will help identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and support continuous improvement across our international organization.
This is much more than a traditional audit role. You will work as a trusted business partner, helping teams solve challenges, improve ways of working, identify and assess business risks, and contribute to Refresco's continued growth. Along the way, you will receive coaching from experienced Internal Auditors, rapidly develop your business knowledge, and build an international network across the organization.

Your role is built around four core responsibilities: internal audits, business partnering, continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
What you will be doing

Participate in audits across Refresco's Business Units in Europe, North America and the UK.

Conduct audit fieldwork, including interviews, walkthroughs and testing activities.

Analyse business processes, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and help develop practical recommendations.

Provide support and insight to a broad range of stakeholders across the organization.

Contribute to ad hoc reviews, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare audit reports, present findings, and support the follow-up of agreed action plans.

Support the modernization of the Internal Audit function by identifying opportunities to improve audit processes, reporting, and the use of data and analytics. What you will bring

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field, completed or close to completion.

At least 1 or 2 years of relevant work experience in Audit, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a similar field.

Strong analytical skills and a genuine curiosity to understand how businesses operate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence and enthusiasm to build relationships across different cultures and functions.

A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.

Willingness and excitement to travel internationally for approximately 50% of your time.

Experience with Power BI, dashboards, or data visualization tools is an advantage

Fluent in English, both written and spoken. An additional European language is an advantage.
