Finance & Administration Advisor coordinates and manages tasks and projects in Finance and Accounting departments but is also in contact with other departments to merge and share information inside the organization. Finance Advisor checks the reliability and coherency of the scheduled standard reporting and provides hints and suggestions on its improvements. Finance Advisor has a wide knowledge of the ERP and its logics and is able to operate with it; Finance Advisor knows some of the main dynamics of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES (IF APPLICABLE)
Ensure data reliability, accuracy, and coherency
- Collect reports and coordinate activities of other colleagues
- Prepare reports or ad hoc analysis
- Manage ERP tasks or flows
- Improve reporting effectiveness and accuracy
JOB REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, EDUCATION…)
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar and fluent in English
- 5 - 7 years of experience
- Good Knowledge of ERP software and logics
- Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure

The gross base salary range for this role is between EUR 50.000 and EUR 60.000. The final offer will be determined based on objective criteria, including relevant qualifications, professional experience, role-related skills, competencies, internal equity and the approved salary structure.
Variable pay, bonus eligibility, allowances, benefits or collectively agreed pay conditions will be communicated separately.
Where a collective bargaining agreement, tariff wage structure or local employment legislation applies, the applicable terms will be followed.
