Here is what the job entails
As a Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for developing visual content and product documentation, executing minor updates, facilitating approval procedures and supporting the business with a broad range of operational and administrative tasks.
More specifically, you will be:
- Preparing and updating technical documentation for products
- Creating graphics, visualizations, and potentially 3D illustrations using tools in Adobe Creative Cloud such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Contributing to small-scale technical product changes and projects
- Coordinating documentation and product approval activities, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality deliverables
- Supporting business operations through the maintenance of documentation, intranet content and online platforms
In this role, you will become the link between product development and visual execution, where your ability to create clear documentation and engaging visual content helps bring innovative solutions to life. You will have the opportunity to take ownership and influence how we work with documentation and visual communication.

With direct reference to Director, Platform Product Management, you will become part of a team consisting of 12 dedicated colleagues. The team includes experienced and self-driven engineers, a Compliance Manager, a Graphic Designer and a Technical Writer who all value collaboration, open knowledge-sharing, and diverse perspectives. You are structured and detail-oriented, with a willingness to take ownership, coordinate across teams, and support product development.

- Have a background in administration, design, technical communication or a related field
- Are motivated to work with visual content creation, including 3D illustrations
- Enjoy supporting product updates and approval processes with a hands-on attitude
- Can adapt to customer-specific needs and thrive in cross-functional collaboration
- Bring a curious mindset and an openness to new perspectives, enabling you to challenge the status qua
As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English and preferably also in Danish.
