- Tracking operational KPIs, reporting requirements and contractual commitments, including quarterly business reviews, monthly performance reports, supply plan updates, financial AOP targets, 24-month forecasts and pricing and market access forecasts.
- Supporting analysis of sales performance, order trends, market dynamics and competitive intelligence to provide actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
- Contributing to operational and strategic initiatives involving portfolio and lifecycle management, SKU optimization, scenario modelling, business cases and growth acceleration.
- Identifying operational risks, deviations, delays and opportunities, proposing solutions and escalating critical matters to Senior Managers or HQ leadership as appropriate.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and no direct P&L responsibility.
Your future team
Partner Markets is part of North-Central Europe & Partner Markets within Europe & International Operations. Our office is located in Valby, Denmark, and the team supports partner-led markets across a broad range of assigned geographies.
You will work closely with the Senior Managers, Partner Markets Operations, the Vice President and Head of Partner Markets, as well as colleagues across global functions. Internally, you will connect Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical, Commercial, Pricing & Market Access and Legal to support effective prioritization and delivery. Externally, you will engage directly with partner organizations to align operational plans, resolve issues and support compliance with commercial, regulatory and contractual commitments.
The role gives you broad exposure to how Lundbeck manages partner markets, from planning and forecasting to governance, supply coordination, launch readiness and performance management. Your work will help create transparency, accountability and timely follow-up across multiple stakeholders and markets.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark.
What you bring to the team
You bring strong analytical and strategic thinking, combined with a structured approach to execution. You are able to manage multiple activities, translate complex information into clear recommendations and maintain momentum across a broad stakeholder landscape.
