About the role
Design, own, and continuously improve the system architecture of both empty and fully configured cabinet systems for the Semiconductor industry. Integrate Prodrive and third party servers, hardware, and supporting equipment into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet customer, quality, performance, and compliance requirements. Lead configuration management, system integration, testing, validation, and technical decision-making. You drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and project teams to ensure successful product realization. You proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, safeguard architectural integrity, and ensure reliable system performance, serviceability, and long-term sustainability of semiconductor platform solutions.
Key responsibilities

Interact with customers, translating their requirements into technical solutions, participating in technical reviews, managing expectations, and providing expert guidance throughout development and deployment

Act as the technical bridge between R&D and Production, ensuring design decisions are scalable and practical for manufacturing

Select and evaluate system components, ensuring technical feasibility, performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability

Lead and support EMC/EMI testing activities, analyze results, and drive corrective actions when necessary

Perform measurements, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis on the production floor when issues arise

Maintain a holistic system view and continuously assess technical decisions within the broader product and business context

Drive technical discussions, align stakeholders across different disciplines, and balance competing priorities to reach the best system-level solution

Bring together different perspectives from hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, and project management teams to achieve project goals

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a System Engineering, Integration Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or related role
- Familiar with high-tech, semiconductor or complex hardware systems environments
- Familiar with industry standards and best practices related to thermal management, EMC, electrical safety, ESD, and semiconductor equipment requirements
- Experience with multidisciplinary product development and system integration
- You feel comfortable when interacting with customers
- You are able to zoom in on technical details and zoom out to see the bigger picture
- You gain energy from leading technical discussions and influence decisions across multidisciplinary teams
