Monkey 47 is one of the world's most iconic and award-winning ultra-premium gin brands.

To further strengthen our global brand presence, we are looking for a passionate, charismatic, and engaging Global Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life for trade professionals, consumers, and internal teams around the world.

As the Global Brand Ambassador for Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Gin, you will be the face and voice of the brand, acting as the key link between Monkey 47 and its global community of advocates.

Based in Stuttgart and working closely with both the Global Brand Team and the Distillery in the Black Forest, you will champion the brand at every opportunity and help reinforce Monkey 47's leading position within the ultra-premium gin category worldwide.

Your key responsibilities

• You act as a dedicated brand champion, educating and engaging both internal and external teams and stakeholders.
• You support advocacy and “Last-Three-Feet” concept and tool development, including the creation of Integrated Brand Planning toolkits and ensuring their adoption in the market.
• You support the Brand Education Centre Coordinator in organising, managing and overseeing Distillery visits.
• You work closely with Brand Management on key initiatives, supporting their planning and delivery while championing the advocacy point of view.
• You serve as the brand’s main point of contact for all local and global advocacy teams.
• You gather feedback and systematically compile learnings, best practices, industry trends and competitor activities from local ambassadors and markets.
• You are responsible for delivering and maintaining brand education and training programmes.

Your profile

• You bring 5+ years of experience in a Brand Ambassador, Sales or Marketing role, combined with a strong passion for brands and a consumer-centric mindset.
• You are digitally savvy and have strong PowerPoint and AI skills, enabling you to create compelling presentations and use AI tools effectively to enhance efficiency and storytelling.
• You are proactive, pragmatic and hands-on, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to get involved at every level to drive projects forward and turn plans into concrete action.
• You have professional working proficiency in English; German is a strong advantage.
• You are a collaborative team player who delivers results through rigorous planning while remaining flexible and working effectively across functions and teams.
• You are open and authentic, building trust, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and fostering open dialogue.
• You have a growth mindset, think ahead and can translate a clear vision into inspiring strategies while navigating a complex and constantly changing environment.
• You are bold and agile, making decisive and courageous decisions even in difficult situations, addressing challenges openly and respectfully, and continuously learning from past experiences.
