Your Tasks

• You will assist with the practical implementation of Lean and 5S measures in production
• You will analyze and optimize workstations and production processes for efficiency and practicality
• You will create and maintain standards, checklists, and visual labels
• You will conduct value stream analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action from them
• You will support continuous improvement processes (CIP) and monitor the implementation and success of the measures
• You will work closely with on-site employees

Your Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Basic knowledge of Lean Management, CIP, and 5S methodology
• A structured approach to work and a strong hands-on mindset
• Excellent communication skills and an interest in working directly in a production environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
