We are looking for a proactive, driven, and solution-oriented professional to join our Service Logistics (SL) team within the Customer Care Department.

As a Service Logistics Specialist, you will ensure that we fulfil the demands of our partners in a timely and cost-efficient manner. This is a challenging and rewarding role, as you will collaborate with multiple partners while having the freedom to work creatively.

You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, within a department that truly values the service we deliver to our customers.

If you have…

  • Coordinating and arranging service support for ASPs (Authorized Service Partners) and end customers
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and improving Service Logistics performance
  • Initiating and contributing to projects focused on overall customer service improvement
  • Assessing ASP capability and capacity
  • Conducting ASP performance reviews and driving enhancements
  • Managing spare parts and finished goods planningAnd you are…
  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) or higher
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (Mandarin is a big plus)
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in service support for service centres or authorized service providers is preferred
    • Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong motivation and the right attitude
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

***Applicants must be an EU resident or have an existing work permit allowing them to work freely in the Netherlands. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the Eindhoven area.
