Are you ready for a new challenge in IT? Join our Global Solutions ERP Transformation Program in Spain, as a Data Workstream Manager and play a key role in ensuring data readiness, governance, and integration across global ERP deployments.
You will act as the link between business, IT, and external partners, driving high-quality data migration and seamless system integrations. Note that the role is remote within Spain.
What you would do as our Data Workstream Manager
This role serves as the key link between business functions, regional teams, IT, ERP delivery teams, and external partners, ensuring data readiness and successful ERP implementations. It is responsible for driving data quality, governance, standardization, and migration activities to minimize deployment risks and assist business continuity. The position also oversees ERP integration strategy, ensuring reliable data flows between ERP and connected systems while aligning with business and technical architecture standards. Success in the role requires strong leadership, coordination skills, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional interrelationships across multiple regions and stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for:
• Lead the data & integration workstream across global ERP deployment waves.
• Own data readiness and migration processes, including planning, validation, and go-live support.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards, data quality, and harmonization across regions.
• Coordinate integration strategy and ensure seamless data exchange between ERP and aligned systems.
• Work jointly with business, IT, and external partners to ensure successful deployment and stabilization.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
• Has solid experience in ERP data migration, data governance, or master data management (ideally 7+ years).
• Has worked on large-scale ERP implementations in international or multi-site environments.
• Comprehends data integration concepts (APIs, middleware, ETL) and ERP data structures.
• Has strong analytical skills and can manage complex, cross-functional data activities.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and thrives in fast-paced transformation environments and is fluent in English and comfortable working in a global environment where international collaboration is key.
