What We Are Looking For

3D Surface Creation & Styling:

• Develop high-quality A-Class styling surfaces from design sketches or scan data.
• Perform reverse engineering processes using clay model scans.
• Interpret sketches with strong styling sense to capture the designer’s original intent.
• Maintain high surface quality and form precision using 3D modeling expertise.

Technical Scope & Execution:

• Work with polygonal data and generate renderings.
• Apply motorcycle functional and manufacturing know-how to surface modeling.
• Balance high-speed execution with precise realization extent.

Project & Workflow Management:

• Align work continuously with the reporting chain, propose technical/design solutions, and share methods/technologies to enhance team knowledge.
• Drive project schedule adherence, speed, effective communication, and personal responsibility.

Work Presentation & Analysis:

• Collect relevant project information and build clear presentations.
• Perform data analysis and clearly explain technical/design outputs. Core Competencies

Since 2019, Hero Tech Center Germany has been developing innovative concepts for the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero Motocorp Limited from India. At our location in Stephanskirchen, Rosenheim, we are a 60-strong team from 12 nationalities that has an impact on the mobility of the future by supporting the parent company in India with new technologies and innovative vehicle concepts and overseeing new developments from concept to series development. With our Vehicle Engineering & Development, Electrical Development and Advanced Styling divisions, we cover many areas of two-wheeler development. Our special feature is that the engineers for the chassis and body sit directly next to the designers of the Advanced Styling and thus have very short coordination paths.

Electromobility is not neglected by us either and is also covered from the beginning with good requirements management to internal battery and cell development to the electric drive train and testing.
