Location: Poland, Remote Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven ODI Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Teradata, along with hands-on data integration experience. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture and design of scalable data integration solutions, define standards and best practices, and provide technical leadership to a cross-functional agile team in a SAFe Agile environment. Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end architecture for ETL and data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Design data models and optimize complex SQL queries in Teradata for large-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with product owners, data architects, and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into robust technical designs and deliver value incrementally.
- Participate in PI Planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as part of the SAFe Agile framework.
- Establish reusable frameworks and best practices, and ensure data quality, lineage, security, and governance across all data integration processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL performance and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ETL developers, review designs and code for quality and performance, and maintain architecture documentation to drive knowledge sharing within the team. Required Technical Skills
- Strong commercial experience in ETL development and solution architecture using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Strong expertise in Teradata including performance tuning and query optimization.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting (Shell, Python).
- Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and data lake architectures.
- Working knowledge of GDPR Soft Skills

- Experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies: PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Ability to work in cross-functional Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and contribute to Program Increments (PIs).
- Comfortable using Agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or VersionOne. Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in ODI, Teradata, or data/solution architecture (e.g., TOGAF).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices in data engineering.
- Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments.
