Customer Service, French C2 + English B2, Work From Home

Starting date: 3rd September, work from home, although you must live nearby Lisbon.

What you'll do?

• Assist customers via phone, chat, and email;
• Provide account and application support;
• Troubleshoot technical and network-related issues;
• Respond accurately and professionally to customer queries;
• Handle complaints and resolve customer issues;
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions;
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and represent a global brand.

Requirements:

• French: C2 level + English: B2 level - mandatory;
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage;
• Comfortable working with technical issues and trouble shooting;
• Must already have a Portuguese NIF and NISS for health insurance enrollment;
• Fiber Internet Connection.

What’s offered?

• Salary: €930 gross × 14 months or €1,085 gross × 12 months
• Productivity bonus of up to €100 gross/month;
• €7.63 net/day meal allowance on a meal card;
• Health insurance from day 1, paid monthly;
• Health insurance free after 6 months of contract;
• 6-month contract renewable;
• Accommodation for a maximum period of 12 months is offered for candidates coming from abroad;
• Work-from-home position;
• Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–9:00 PM;
• 2 rotational days off.
