At Lebull, we're growing our presence in the iGaming industry, and we're looking for an ambitious Affiliate Manager / Partnership Manager to join our team.
We're searching for someone who understands the affiliate ecosystem, knows how to build valuable relationships, and can turn partnerships into measurable business results.
What you'll do:
- Develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners.
- Identify and onboard new affiliates and strategic partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimise campaigns.
- Analyse traffic quality, acquisition costs, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and other teams to maximise results.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and growth channels.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development.
- Understanding of the iGaming, sports betting, or online casino industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships.
- Good command of English.
