Introduction
We are seeking a Regional Product Manager - Conveyor Components and Belts to join our Chute and Conveyor Solutions Product Line Team. Our mission is to help customers reduce costs, maximize production, and improve safety and sustainability.
In this role, you will provide technical product expertise and support across the Conveyor Components and Belts portfolio. You will work closely with Product Management, Technical Sales Support (TSS), and Account Managers to strengthen product knowledge and support sales activities. You will also contribute to business development initiatives and provide technical
guidance to ensure that our solutions are safe, manufacturable, and fit-for-purpose throughout the product lifecycle.
This role is essential in driving customer satisfaction through effective collaboration, technical problem-solving, and product support across the region. You will report to the Global Product Manager - CON & ETO.
This is a regional role with up to 25% travel (domestic and international).

You will join a global team of specialists in Conveyor Components, Belts, and ETO solutions for chutes, all committed to improving customer performance and operational efficiency.
We collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Market Areas, Engineering, Supply Chain, and suppliers, to deliver high-quality solutions. What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical product expertise for Conveyor Components and Belts, supporting internal stakeholders across the region.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Product Manager to execute product management activities and regional initiatives.
- Participate in and coordinate RTD and engineering projects, ensuring alignment with product strategy and regional needs.
- Support engineering activities to ensure product safety, manufacturability, and operational performance.
- Contribute to the resolution of technical issues, warranty cases, and non-conformances, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support the evaluation, development, and qualification of suppliers.
Who you are
Technical Competencies:
- Technical knowledge of Conveyor Components and Belts is required.
- Experience supporting product management, engineering, or technical sales activities.
- Solid understanding of industrial products and applications.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical solutions.
Sales and Business Development Support
- Partner with TSS and Business Development teams to support sales opportunities and customer cases.
- Support the quotation process by ensuring technical and commercial inputs are accurate.
- Help ensure sales cases align with profitability targets defined by the Global Product Manager.
- Gather and maintain customer and competitor insights to support decision-making.
- Enable sales teams by providing training, technical guidance, and product knowledge.
- Participate in key customer interactions, including meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (years of experience would also be considered).
- Desirable 2–4 years of experience in a technical, engineering, or product-related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to identify opportunities, anticipate issues, and take initiative.
- Ability and willingness to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
- Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and technical documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
- Willingness to travel as required (up to 25%).
