Our client is seeking experienced Business Analysts and Requirements Engineers to support a strategic Transaction Reporting programme focused on evolving global regulatory requirements. Successful candidates will work across business, compliance, operations, and technology teams to analyse, define, and deliver regulatory reporting requirements through the Broadridge platform.

- Work closely with Compliance, Operations, IT, and Regulatory Reporting teams to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate regulatory requirements into detailed business specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation, and validation activities, leveraging the Broadridge transaction reporting platform.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, gap analyses, impact assessments, and requirements reviews to ensure successful project delivery.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Requirements Engineer within Transaction Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following regulations: MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, and/or CFTC.
- Hands-on experience with Broadridge Transaction Reporting solutions.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and regulatory requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Transaction Reporting within Financial Services.
