• Gather Business Requirements
  • Lead stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop SAP Solutions
  • Design, configure, and enhance SAP S/4HANA and Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions.
• Manage System Integrations
  • Integrate SAP ERP with procurement platforms using SAP Integration Suite, CIG, or MuleSoft.
• Define Data Mapping
  • Design data mapping and transformation for purchase orders, invoices, goods receipts, and supplier data.
• Monitor Interfaces
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor interfaces, and optimize system performance.
• Coordinate Testing and Deployment
  • Lead SIT, SAT, and UAT testing, including deployment and cutover activities.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders
  • Work with Procurement, Finance, IT Architecture, and Master Data teams.
• Manage Changes and Compliance
  • Handle change requests, ensure regulatory compliance, and establish best practices.
• Define KPIs and Business Cases
  • Define performance indicators and support business cases and process improvements.
• Mentor Team Members
  • Share expertise, support knowledge transfer, and mentor junior analysts. Requirements

• SAP Techno-Functional
  • Experience 3–7 years of SAP techno-functional experience, particularly in SAP MM and S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement.
• SAP ERP Systems
  • Hands-on experience with both SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Procurement Processes
  • Strong knowledge of indirect procurement and end-to-end P2P and S2P processes.
• Procurement Platform Integrations
  • Experience integrating procurement platforms such as GEP SMART with SAP ERP systems.
• Integration Architecture
  • Understanding of API-led connectivity, integration architecture, and middleware such as MuleSoft.
• API Integration
  • Experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and working with API gateways.
• Data Mapping and Transformation
  • Knowledge of ETL, data mapping, and formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and EDI.
• Functional Specifications
  • Ability to translate business requirements into SAP configurations and technical implementation plans.
• Cross-Functional Integrations
  • Experience integrating procurement, finance, and ERP systems.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile Methodology
