Geris I ‘s-Hertogenbosch | Fulltime (40uur/week)

What you’ll be doing

As Commercial Support, you are the right hand of our traders. You are the link between customers, colleagues and processes – the person who makes sure everything runs exactly as it should.

You support our traders with preparing and processing contracts, maintaining customer records, arranging documentation and ensuring that every deal is administratively and practically in order. You also keep a close eye on our stock: you know exactly what we have available, what needs to be sold soon and make sure our traders never lose sight of it.

With your energy, overview and sharp eye for detail, you are an essential part of the team. You know what’s going on, switch gears quickly and make sure everyone can focus on what they do best: trading with full focus.

You are accurate, customer-focused and love keeping things organised. With your sharp eye and commercial mindset, you know exactly what is needed to keep everything running smoothly.

You already have some experience in an administrative or commercial role and feel at home in a dynamic environment where every day is different.

You act quickly, think ahead and always keep an eye on quality. You have drive, a commercial mindset and enjoy working at pace. You bring structure to the hustle and bustle and get energy from working with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

• Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
• Several years of experience in a commercial or administrative role.
• Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Accurate, solution-oriented and not afraid to take initiative.
• Flexible, stress-resistant and someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• A true team player with a great sense of humour and an appreciation for Brabant-style friendliness and fun.
