Under one roof, we bring together strategy, ideas, scriptwriting, directing, live action, animation and post-production. Our post-production team is not just the final step in the process - they help shape the story, rhythm and final experience.

We are now looking for a Senior Editor with several years of experience, a broad creative range and the technical confidence to contribute across the full production process, from early development to final delivery.

At Crisp Film, things move fast and there is always something happening. We work across many projects, formats and clients, which means you need to be adaptable, organised and comfortable switching gears. We care about doing great work, but just as much about how we do it - together, with people who genuinely enjoy working with each other.

What we are looking for

Strong editorial craft

You have a deep understanding of storytelling, rhythm and structure.

You bring an editor’s perspective into projects from an early stage, helping shape the story, strengthen ideas, support producers, identify risks, solve problems and contribute to creative decisions throughout the production process.

Broad creative range

You can adapt your edit to different formats, audiences and platforms. You understand how visual and audio elements work together.

Technical range

You are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve, and confident across the full post-production process - from offloading and media management through offline, online and mastering to final delivery across varying platform and broadcast specifications.

You work confidently across modern post-production workflows and have a strong understanding of the technical requirements throughout the process.

You are also curious and hands-on with AI-assisted tools that can improve efficiency, quality and creative possibilities.

High-output working style

You are fast, focused and organised. You can manage several projects, versions and feedback rounds while staying calm and precise under pressure.

Experience

We believe you have at least six years of relevant professional experience as an editor, with a strong portfolio showing a wide range of creative work.

You have worked with client feedback, tight deadlines, multiple deliverables and high production standards.

You know how to balance creative ambition with practical realities.
