About The Team/Project
Our Application Support team plays a key role in ensuring the stability, reliability and smooth operation of Bravura’s solutions for our clients in the financial services industry.
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be part of a collaborative team supporting clients in production environments, investigating issues, troubleshooting technical problems and ensuring timely resolution. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, using your technical and analytical skills to identify root causes, resolve incidents and continuously improve the quality of our support.

What You’ll Do
- Provide first-line support to clients, responding to incoming calls and requests submitted through the customer service ticketing system.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Identify complex and recurring issues, escalate them to the appropriate teams and follow up through to resolution.
- Use SQL/T-SQL queries to investigate issues and access information across multiple environments.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow/Jira.
- Communicate with clients regarding releases, enhancements and application-related matters.
- Support client training and provide guidance on application functionality where required.
- Collaborate with other team members and technical teams to resolve client issues.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of new product functionalities and contribute to improvement initiatives and special projects.
Unleash Your Potential
To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:
- Experience in application support, preferably within the financial services or banking industry.
- Practical experience with SQL/T-SQL and MS SQL Server.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure management, including any of Windows Server, IIS or AWS.
- General knowledge of networking, Windows network configuration, routing and firewalls.
- Experience working with ServiceNow and/or Jira.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good practical command of English and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Nice to have:
- Good understanding of application development methodologies and technologies such as C# and .NET.
- Knowledge or practical experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
