Quirónsalud Private Hospitals in Madrid are currently seeking a Monitor Liaison to join the Oncology Team at Hospital Universitario Quirónsalud Pozuelo, located at C. Diego de Velázquez, 1, 28223 Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.
Your Mission
The Monitor Liaison serves as a key operational and administrative support role within the Clinical Research Unit, acting as the primary point of contact between the research site, study monitors, sponsors, and internal departments.
Your Key Responsabilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and support, ensuring patient comfort, dignity, and well-being throughout the surgical pathway.
- Assist the nursing and medical teams in the safe and efficient delivery of care within the Operating Theatre Unit.
- Monitor patients' condition and promptly communicate any concerns or changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Support patient preparation, transfer, positioning, and transportation in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized theatre environment, ensuring compliance with infection prevention and control procedures.
- Prepare, manage, and replenish clinical materials, equipment, and supplies required for daily operations.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and the completion of relevant clinical and administrative documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, patient safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to promote continuity of care and an excellent patient experience.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the department while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a patient-centred approach at all times.

- Full-time position from Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility around start and finish times

Requisitos

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.

Master's degree will be a plus.

Previous experience (at leats 6 months) in clinical research, clinical trial operations, healthcare administration, or a similar environment.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Professional proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
