Your responsibilities
- Leading RfP/RfI processes, product planning, and coordination across complex, multicultural teams.
- Aligning short-term delivery plans with the product roadmap and strategic goals.
- Partnering with Change Management to drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation.
- Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and deliver maximum business value.
- Ensuring compliance with security, architecture, GxP, and Agile best practices.
- Defining and tracking KPIs and value metrics to measure product success and business outcomes.
- Driving continuous improvement through performance monitoring, user feedback, and adoption insights.
- Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and leadership.
- Coaching teams to focus on value-driven delivery and agile ways of working.
- Managing cross-application dependencies and vendor relationships.
- Facilitating workshops, gathering user feedback, and supporting product evolution. The experience we're looking for
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across business, IT, and external partners.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent analytical, consulting, and communication skills.
- Experience in an IT & Digital leadership, Product Manager, or Product Owner role.
- Experience delivering results in complex IT programs and cross-functional environments.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Kanban.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and requirements management.
- Knowledge of Consumer Care platforms, processes, KPIs, and product performance metrics.
- Awareness of emerging technologies, market trends, and their business impact.
- Degree in IT, Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of IT standards, controls, and governance. The skills for success
