A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us in a dynamic role where you will take ownership of the LoA process at BRC 3 level, driving the escalation and approval of projects for Grid Technolodgy and PFS Heads. Each day presents fresh challenges and opportunities as you inspire and motivate Gridt Technolodgy tender teams across the globe. You will collaborate closely with Managers at Headquarters, the Sales Approval Coordinator, and respective tender teams worldwide, sharing innovative ideas and shaping consulting approaches to support our rapidly growing business. By building strong connections across diverse cultures and driving creative solutions, you will help ensure our team stays ahead in a dynamic, international environment. In this role, you will report to our Head.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Build a culture of open communication, trust, empowerment, transparency, and a “speak up” mentality across the team.
- Focus on process optimization and continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of lean and digital approaches.
- Support Tender Teams with all LoA-related inquiries and lead clarifications with Expert Departments such as Legal, Compliance, Treasury, and Corporate Finance.
- Provide tool (LoA@Salesforce) and LoA-template support, ensuring adherence to mandatory requirements.
- Act as a quality gate for BRC 3 LoA documents, monitoring process compliance, maintenance, and optimization.
What You Bring
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of contract and claim management, and international contract frameworks (e.g., FIDIC), along with solid experience in business constellations, risk management, financial modeling, and commercial negotiations.
- Certification for category “C” projects or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, along with a high level of initiative and strong communication skills, with a willingness to travel occasionally.
