We - MT Management Service with locations in Augsburg and Peißenberg - are part of the space and technology group OHB. The Human Resources, Finance, Controlling and IT departments converge centrally under our roof. With around 80 employees, we create greater transparency, ensure optimum coordination and make significant contributions to process optimization at the companies we serve, MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

The post is a temporary position for 24 months to cover parental leave. Part-time, 25 hours per week

Your Tasks

• Providing insurance support to MT Aerospace AG, its affiliated companies and foreign subsidiaries
• Maintaining ongoing communication and coordination with our insurance brokers
• Negotiating contract renewals, as well as reviewing and initiating new contracts
• Conducting ongoing reviews of new acquisitions and projects to ensure optimal insurance cover (inclusions, exclusions)
• Retrieving, compiling and forwarding all operational key figures to insurers within the specified deadlines
• Complete recording, processing and formal reporting of claims through to their full settlement
• Technical and accounting verification of all incoming insurance premiums
• Planning insurance costs for all companies under our care
• Supporting the department in the areas of export control and contract management

Your Qualifications

• Completed training as an insurance clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
• In-depth knowledge of insurance law and claims management
• Understanding of business contexts and cost planning
• Professional experience in an international commercial enterprise or with an insurer or insurance broker is desirable
• Experience with SAP is desirable
• Independent, structured and meticulous approach to work
• High sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
• Good written and spoken English
