As part of the IT Governance team, you shape secure, efficient, and user-friendly access across the SEB Kort Group. In this role, you will connect business needs, IT asset ownership, and operational execution to ensure structured, compliant, and reliable access management processes. Working closely with stakeholders and our provisioning team in Vilnius, you will help drive transparency, consistency, and continuous improvement through smart workflows, clear templates, and effective collaboration.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to additional tasks and topics within the IT Governance team as needed.
About the role
In this role, you will manage and continuously enhance access management services across the SEB Kort Group, ensuring that access requests are handled in a structured, compliant, and efficient way across teams and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate access management services across the SEB Kort Group, serving as the central point of contact for access-related topics
- Support IT Asset Owners in defining, reviewing, and maintaining role-based access requirements and approval structures
- Use Jira to manage, track, and continuously improve access requests, workflows, and service transparency
- Develop and maintain clear templates, standards, and documentation for requesting system rights and approvals
- Collaborate closely with the Access Management team in Vilnius to ensure timely and accurate provisioning of access rights
- Drive process improvements, strengthen documentation quality, and support compliance throughout the end-to-end access lifecycle
Who you are
We are looking for a structured, service-oriented professional who combines strong process thinking with effective stakeholder management. Ideally, you bring:
- A degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, combined with relevant professional experience
- Experience in access management, identity-related processes, or IT service management
- A solid understanding of access provisioning, approval workflows, segregation of duties, and compliance-related requirements
- Hands-on experience with Jira, including the ability to structure workflows, templates, and supporting documentation
- The ability to collaborate effectively with IT Asset Owners, operational teams, and international stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Very good written and spoken English; Swedish or German is considered an advantage
