MOULDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

MISSION
Collaborate in the optimization of the production efficiency by carrying out the tasks of correction, modification, reparation or adjustment of the injection moulds.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Check, clean and repair the moulds in postproduction according maintenance plan.
- Collaborate in the definition of breakdown solving actions.
- Cooperate in the improvement process in collaboration with the Supervisors.
- Report to the Moulding Manager about the activity, as well as about new deficiencies detected in the moulds, dies, tooling, etc.
- Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
- Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic background: Professional Training
Languages: Fluent in local languages & Basic Knowledge in English
Experience: 2 years in a similar position
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
Academic background: University degree
Additional training: Mechanics, basic electricity, lathe, milling machine and solder.
Basic training in health and safety, and environmental management
