We are looking for a Junior Manager Global Consumer Insights - maternity cover (18+ months) to join our global Consumer Insights Team. The role is based in Warsaw, Poland.
Scope of the role
You'll focus on quantitative research: designing and executing surveys, analyzing consumer behaviour and market trends, and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations. You'll work closely with the Senior Manager Global Consumer Insights, cross-functional teams (marketing, sales), and external research agencies .
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of global consumer insights projects
- Conduct quantitative research and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive activity
- Support KPI reporting across markets
- Work with external research agencies on execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Provide insights to support innovation, brand building, and media strategies
- Develop clear reports and presentations to communicate findings
- Use AI tools to speed up data analysis, synthesis, and reporting, helping the team deliver insights faster and more efficiently
Your profile
- University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in market research (agency or client side)
- Fluent in English
- Solid grounding in quantitative research methods and questionnaire design
- Strong Excel skills (assessed during interview)
- Familiarity with Nielsen/IRI and/or consumer panel platforms
- Media effectiveness research and/or creative testing experience is a plus"
- Curious, analytical mindset with a genuine interest in consumer behaviour
- Comfortable using AI tools to support research and analysis
