Pharmacosmos is a growing international pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of patients through innovative treatments within iron deficiency and related diseases. To further strengthen the Nordic organisation, we are now looking for a Commercial Operations Manager Nordics—a newly created position with broad responsibility across Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
Do you enjoy bringing structure to complexity and turning plans into measurable results? Are you motivated by working closely with senior leadership, driving cross-functional collaboration and improving the way a business operates? If so, this could be your next challenge.
As Commercial Operations Lead Nordics, you will become a key business partner to the Managing Director Nordics. You will play a central role in strengthening commercial execution, improving business visibility and ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into action across the Nordic markets.
The opportunity
This is a highly visible role with broad exposure across the Nordic organisation. You will work closely with the Managing Director, the Nordic Leadership Team and Finance to coordinate business planning, performance follow-up, reporting, tender management and cross-functional initiatives.
Although you will have no direct reports, you will have significant influence by creating structure, driving accountability and ensuring that agreed priorities are successfully executed.
You will help enable the leadership team to spend more time with customers, developing the business and driving growth—while you ensure that the operational foundation is strong.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive the Nordic business planning process, including annual business plans, account plans and commercial follow-up.
- Monitor business performance through dashboards, KPIs and reporting, providing insights that support decision-making.
- Coordinate forecasting, budgeting and performance reviews together with Finance and the country organizations.
- Improve and standardize commercial processes, reporting routines and ways of working across the Nordic markets.
- Strengthen the use of CRM and other business systems by improving data quality, reporting and user adoption.
- Coordinate Nordic tender processes and support complex tender submissions, particularly in Sweden.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring clear ownership, timelines and successful implementation.
- Coordinate Nordic AI projects that improve commercial execution, reporting and ways of working across markets.
- Follow up on agreed actions, ensuring that priorities are delivered on time and translated into measurable business outcomes.
Who you are
You are a highly structured and analytical professional who enjoys creating clarity in a dynamic business environment. You combine commercial understanding with operational excellence and knowing how to move initiatives forward through collaboration rather than formal authority.
You are equally comfortable discussing business strategy with senior leaders as follows the details required to deliver successful execution.
We believe you have
- At least three years of experience in Commercial Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Operations, Business Planning, Sales Operations, consulting or a similar role.
- Experience working cross-functionally in an international or Nordic organisation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with business performance, reporting and planning.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medtech or another regulated industry is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems, dashboards and business reporting.
- A university degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, life sciences or related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English. One or more Nordic languages is considered an advantage.
What success looks like
Within your first year you will have established clear business planning and follow-up processes across the Nordic organisation. Reporting will provide better visibility into business performance, tender processes will be more structured, and cross-functional initiatives will move faster with improved accountability and execution.
Most importantly, you will have become a trusted operational partner to the Managing Director and a key contributor to the continued growth and development of Nordic business.
Why Pharmacosmos?
Joining Pharmacosmos means becoming part of an entrepreneurial, patient-focused company with a strong scientific heritage and international ambitions. You will have the opportunity to influence how the Nordic organisation operates, work closely with senior leaders and contribute directly to the company’s continued growth and success.
