Key Job Responsibilities:
Account Manager has a critical role at BWI prosperity to develop and initiate tactical plans related to VAVE implementation to achieve growth and profitability with OEM’s:
Works closely with cross-functional teams within the company, including engineering, operations, and quality, to ensure that customer approves cost optimization options
Preparing information related to sales forecasts for profitability analyzes of VAVE ideas
Preparing offers related to the introduction of VAVE change packages for the sales department for further discussion with customers
Supporting Account Managers in discussions and negotiations with customers and/or maintain regular communication with customer on commercial topics if needed
Coordination of activities within material cost savings programs initiated by BWI customers
Support for the sales department in three regions (NA, EU, CN) in the above scope based on task prioritization
If needed identify and develop new business opportunities with customers. This involves working closely with all other companies function teams to develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market share.
Building strong relationships with the customers, including maintaining regular communication and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. Act as the primary point of contact for the customer and work to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
If needed negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with the customer, working closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure that terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
If needed develop and implement strategic plans to achieve long-term growth and profitability with OEM customer. This includes support to MI and competitors' analysis, new business opportunities, all offerings that meet customer needs.
If needed works closely with the plant and logistics for demand planning and supply chain teams to forecast sales volumes and ensure that production and inventory levels are aligned with customer demand.
If needed works closely with cross-functional teams within the company, including engineering, operations, and quality, to ensure that customer requirements are met and that products are delivered on time and to the customer's specifications.
If needed to support at the customer the engineering team for working with the customer to develop and engineer new products that meet their specific requirements. They work closely with the Key Account Manager to ensure that customer needs are being met and that products are delivered on time and to the customer's specifications.
If needed ensuring that production and inventory levels are aligned with customer demand. They work closely with the Key Account Manager to forecast sales volumes and to ensure that products are delivered on time and to the customer's specifications.
If needed ensuring that products meet customer quality standards and for addressing any customer complaints or issues that arise. They work closely with the Key Account Manager to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained.
Qualifications:
min 3+ years of experience in KAMs in company.
Strong communication ability (oral and written) in English.
Strong Leadership abilities.
Excellent organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated, able to work under time pressure and minimum supervision.
High level of interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills (customer facing)
Willingness to travel / mobility.
Flexibility to work early or late schedule.
