What impact you’ll make
As an Executive Administrative Assistant within the EDGE Operational Excellence Team, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to a global team working across Operations & Manufacturing, Quality, Lean, Automation Excellence, and Supply Chain Development.
In addition to core administrative responsibilities, you will support the planning and coordination of Lean and process improvement initiatives, providing an opportunity to gain exposure to Operational Excellence practices within a global matrix organization.
What you’ll do
- Support the team's daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating the operating rhythm, and arranging meetings with key leadership stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, Kaizen events, and process improvement activities, ensuring logistics are managed effectively and within agreed budgets.
- Own the coordination and administration of key monthly meetings and executive events, including agendas, materials, actions, and follow-up.
- Prepare reports, presentations, data summaries, and visualizations to support team activities and leadership reviews.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and support the timely submission of travel and expense reports.
- Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables to support the team in achieving its objectives.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives, including Kaizen events and process improvement activities.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support communication across a global team.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Major experience providing executive-level administrative or coordination support in a professional environment.
- Experience coordinating executive meetings, leadership reviews, events, or similar activities from planning through completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience with collaborative tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, and matrix environment.

- Experience supporting Lean, Operational Excellence, process improvement, or project-related activities.
- Familiarity with Kaizen or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience using project management or workflow management tools.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and data visualization skills.
