What Will My Day Look Like?

• Driving the team’s sales pipeline on team and individual level to make sure that team growth targets are met continuously
• Develop and Support the Team: Coach and inspire a team of skilled sales and CSM professionals with an inclusive leadership style.
• Drive the Sales Cycle: Oversee success from initial contact to closing, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
• Enhance the Customer Journey: Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs.
• Negotiate and Secure Deals: Lead negotiations of various complexity to support growth.
• Build Market Presence: Ensure that the team joins relevant trade shows, conferences, and events to strengthen the Dalux brand.
• Ensure the individual team members’ wellbeing and development to ensure employee motivation and satisfaction

We’re Looking For an experienced leader with strong commercial instincts, and a proven track record in driving sales and performance. You have experience leading teams, ideally within construction, Contech - or a similar industry - and you thrive creating a positive, collaborative culture. You’re confident in communication, both written and verbal, and bring a high level of professionalism and energy to everything you do.
