Planner/Scheduler (m/f/d)
Project: Meltshop Plant
Location: Sweden
Start Date: September 2026
Project Duration: Until December 2026 (with possible extension)
Assignment period: Immediate start for about 3 months , with the possibility of extension if required. The handing over of information on the actual schedule / progress reporting will be done on Site in overlapping with our actual Planner for few days
Working Schedule
- 10 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Plus 5 hours on Saturday
Overtime
Any hours worked beyond the standard schedule of 10 hours/day, 5 days/week, plus 5 hours on Saturday will be considered overtime.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
updating the Erection and Commissioning Time schedule in MS Project ( Delivery data to take from Project Schedule in Primavera P6) with all necessary links, updating of Progress reports for each discipline ( Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, insulation etc.) issuance of Progress S curves for Areas, Disciplines, Subcontractors (with Actual curve versus Base lines), preparing of recovery time schedules, preparing of Weekly / monthly Progress reports etc.
Candidate Profile
- LANGUAGE: good knowledge of English spoken and written
- EXPERIENCE : Proven site experience over several years in issuance / updating of erection / Commissioning Time schedules and progress reporting for Industrial Plant abroad
- SOFTWARE: knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project MS Office / good knowledge of excel
Requirements
- Citizens of a European Union Member State, regardless of nationality, provided they are eligible to obtain the A1 certificate required for the assignment in Sweden or Non-EU candidates already holding a valid Swedish residence and work permit.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Italian will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
