Job Title: Customer Support Agent

Location: Remote based in Portugal

Salary: Annual Gross 13.250 Euros (Paid in 14 installments)

Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 15:30 pm to Midnight. Saturday and Sunday, 08:00 am to 16:30 pm

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our Shared Services team.

The successful candidate will work from home so the only commute you’ll need to worry about is getting to your home desk. This will give you the time to focus on what is important: providing an excellent support experience for our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Your main role will be supporting our partners and customers via email, phone, or chat to ensure they have the best and most expedient experience possible.
• You’ll support them from start to finish, troubleshooting their problems and answering their questions.
• You can identify and assess the customer's needs to provide the best possible support. You can consistently input data entry accurately, through the appropriate operating systems.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• 30 min Teams interview with the Recruitment Team.
• Language test if applicable to the role.
• 45 min Teams interview with the Hiring Team.

• You have a minimum of 1-year previous experience in a contact center providing support over the phone
• have strong interpersonal skills including active listening.
• You are fluent in English – both in written and verbal communications.
• You are a good multitasker due to your strong organisational skills
• You are calm under pressure, and show empathy when dealing with customers
• You love working as part of a team and are able to work towards individual and team KPI’s
• You can perform all duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner at all times.
• You can maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, and punctuality.
• You pay great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• You want to pursue the personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role
