Overview

Arteris is seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Specialist fora part-time engagementto support our digital marketing analytics and operations. In this role, you will help maintain data accuracy, assist with reporting, and support marketing technology workflows that ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities* Support website and landing page updates in the CMS, including checking page content, forms, links, and tracking.

• Support the preparation of reports and dashboards on website activity, campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing metrics.

• Assist with email marketing activities, such as preparing lists, checking campaign details, and reviewing results.
• Conduct research on companies, contacts, competitors, and relevant marketing topics.
• Keep files, reports, and documentation organized and up to date.

Help check data for missing information or inconsistencies and flag any issues. Mandatory qualifications

• Very good written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and key channels such as website, email, organic search, social media, and paid campaigns.
• Basic understanding of common marketing metrics such as traffic, conversions, leads, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to follow established processes while also proactively flagging problems or inconsistencies.
• Good research and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new marketing and analytics tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with an international, cross-functional team. Bonus Points If You Have* Previous experience with HubSpot or another CRM/marketing automation platform.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Experience working with a CMS, landing pages, and online forms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Understanding of UTM parameters, campaign attribution, and conversion tracking.
• Understanding of lead management and qualification concepts, such as MQLs and the marketing-to-sales handoff.
• Experience with CRM data cleaning, deduplication, and database maintenance.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations in PowerPoint.
• Previous internship or work experience in B2B or technology marketing. Engagement scope

This is a part-time engagement with a targeted availability of 20 hours per week.
