Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Implementation Manager / IT Project Leader to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations across multiple business units in a complex international organisation. The role is responsible for coordinating and driving IT delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle, from planning and configuration to data migration, integrations, hypercare and handover. You will lead a team of D365 functional and technical consultants and act as the primary IT counterpart to business-side project and implementation managers, ensuring technical delivery stays aligned with business requirements and the overall project plan.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations across multiple business units.
• Coordinate and drive IT delivery across the lifecycle: planning, configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare and handover.
• Lead a team of D365 functional and technical consultants, keeping delivery aligned with business requirements and the project plan.
• Act as the primary IT counterpart to business-side project and implementation managers.
• Coordinate dependencies across solution design, development, integrations, external vendors and other stakeholders.
• Manage market-specific configurations and deviations from standard solutions.
• Monitor progress, risks and dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations.
• Strong project management and leadership experience in global and cross-functional environments.
• Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle phases.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across business, IT and external vendors.
• Knowledge of integrations, data migration strategies and ERP architecture.
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple dependencies.
