As Correspondent Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing marketing initiatives with Correspondents and Global Agents across the globe, in line with allocated budgets and business priorities. The role covers both offline and digital marketing activities, including partner-led digital campaigns, paid media, social media, online promotions and other digital activation initiatives designed to increase Ria brand awareness, customer acquisition and transaction activity.

You will work closely with Business Development teams to understand market priorities, partner opportunities and upcoming initiatives, identifying the most relevant partners and markets for joint marketing campaigns. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Business Development, digital teams, partners, marketing agencies, Legal, Finance, Design, Sales/Revenue and Marketing teams in sending countries.

Job functions/responsibilities

• Improving Ria visibility across partner Points of Sale (POS) and digital channels.
• Building and increasing Ria brand awareness at correspondent, partner and country level.
• Planning, coordinating and executing offline and digital marketing campaigns with Correspondents and Global Agents.
• Developing and coordinating partner-led digital marketing campaigns, including social media, paid media, online advertising, digital promotions and other relevant digital channels.
• Working with partners and internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, key messages, assets, media plans and timelines.
• Coordinating with marketing agencies and partners on the execution and optimization of digital campaigns.
• Supporting customer acquisition and transaction growth initiatives through partner marketing campaigns.
• Organizing advertising campaigns and promotions with partners.
• Coordinating diaspora marketing advertising and promotions, liaising between partners and Ria's sending countries.
• Strengthening relationships with existing partners and identifying opportunities for joint marketing initiatives.
• Supporting new partners with Ria logos, creative assets and marketing materials for both POS and digital use.
• Ensuring brand consistency and correct use of Ria marketing assets across partner channels.
• Updating the internal database of marketing materials and campaign assets.
• Supporting presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Supporting the development and adaptation of marketing materials and digital assets for Correspondents and Global Agents.
• Tracking and reporting digital campaign performance, including relevant KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, leads/acquisitions and transaction-related results where available.
• Analyzing campaign results and identifying opportunities to optimize future campaigns.
• Evaluating and calculating return on marketing investment where applicable
• The position will also support the development and execution of measurable, data-driven marketing campaigns, ensuring that digital and traditional activities are aligned with Ria's commercial objectives and that campaign performance and return on marketing investment are evaluated where applicable.

Skills and abilites

• A fluent level of English and Russian. Any other Eastern European language will be highly valued
• Graphic Design skills will be highly valued
• Good level of Microsoft Office packages
• Statistical and data manipulation knowledge
